Overview
Welcome to Bouddi Biscuits (owned by Nu-trition Pty Ltd, ABN 70 605 003 638). We operate this website and online store (the “Services”). Our store runs on Shopify, but all sales are with Bouddi Biscuits.
By using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
Access & Accounts
You must be 18+ (or have a parent/guardian’s consent). If you create an account, you’re responsible for keeping your login secure and for all activity under it. All information you provide must be accurate and current.
Products & Content
We try to show products accurately, but colours/appearance can vary by device. We may change or discontinue products at any time and limit quantities.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order. Orders are confirmed once payment is processed and we send confirmation. Please check your order carefully before submitting.
Returns: As our products are food, we don’t accept change-of-mind returns. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, email info@nu-trition.com.au within 3 days—we’ll arrange a replacement or refund (see our Returns Policy).
Prices & Billing
Prices are in AUD and may change without notice. Taxes, shipping and any applicable charges are shown at checkout. You agree to provide valid payment details and authorise us (and our payment providers) to charge your chosen method.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship via Australia Post: $10 Standard / $14 Express within Australia. Dispatch is typically within 2 business days. Delivery timeframes are estimates; delays by carriers or events outside our control aren’t our responsibility. Title and risk pass to you when we hand items to the carrier.
Intellectual Property
All site content (text, images, logos, design) is owned by Bouddi Biscuits or our licensors. You may use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Don’t copy, distribute, modify, or exploit content without written permission.
Third-Party Tools & Links
We may provide links or access to third-party tools or sites. Use is as-is and at your own risk. Check their terms and policies; we’re not responsible for third-party content or services.
Shopify Relationship
The Services are powered by Shopify. Shopify helps host and operate the store, but your purchases are with Bouddi Biscuits. You agree that Shopify isn’t responsible for your transactions with us.
Privacy
We handle personal information as set out in our Privacy Policy. Because we use Shopify, your data may be processed in other countries to deliver the Services.
Acceptable Use
Don’t use the Services for anything unlawful, harmful, misleading, infringing, or to disrupt the site (e.g., spam, scraping, malware, bypassing security). We may suspend or terminate access for breaches.
Warranties
Except as required by Australian Consumer Law, the Services and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” We don’t guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free operation.
Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential loss (e.g., lost profits, revenue, data) arising from use of the Services or products. Nothing limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Bouddi Biscuits and our staff/partners against claims or losses arising from your breach of these Terms or unlawful use of the Services.
Termination
We may suspend or end access at any time. You remain responsible for fees/charges incurred up to termination.
Changes
We may update these Terms at any time by posting a new version. Your continued use means you accept the changes.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of NSW courts.
