Organic vs Conventional Crops

A large-scale review by Newcastle University showed organic crops can be up to 60% higher in key antioxidants compared to conventionally-grown ones. Switching to organic fruit, vegetables and cereals can provide antioxidants equivalent to eating an extra 1–2 portions of fruit and vegetables daily.
